Solution 1: Fix Anti-Cheat Service

As you know, the game is protected with anti-cheat service, failing which results in apex legends crash to desktop. So, if the service is not working, do the following steps: 

Open “My Computer” or “This PC” and then go to the “C” directory. From there, go to “Program Files(x86). Then, go to the folder called “Origin”. Now, click on “Apex Legends” and then select “Easy AntiCheat”. Now locate the file called “EasyAntiCheat_setup.exe” and double click on it.

For those who use the NVIDIA, here’s what to do:

Go to the search bar and then search “GeForce Experience’. Then click on the result. Then sign in to your account. After that, select the option called “Drivers”. Now, click on the option called “Check for updates”. 

If there are any updates available, then it will appear on the list. Simply click on the option called “Download”. Once you’ve done that, let the download begin. You can choose either Express or the Custom option to install. Choose the option called “Express” and then the driver will be installed. 

Once the driver has been updated, launch the game and check if there is an issue persisting. 

AMD 

Go to “Desktop” and then right-click on it. Then go to the option called “AMD Radeon Settings”. Once you’re in “Settings”, go to the option called “Updates” on the bottom panel.
